Servio helps service businesses manage jobs, crews, customers and payments. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up we collect your name, email, business name and business type to create and secure your account. Team members you invite have their own accounts.
Information you enter — services, prices, jobs, schedules, and customer contact details — is stored on our secure servers so your team can access it across devices. You control this data and can request its deletion.
In-person and online payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe / Apple Tap to Pay). We do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID; we never see your payment details.
To operate the app, sync your business across devices, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
